Please note orders that have been dispatched (Can be within the hour sometimes) cannot be revoked. In this situation, please wait to receive the order and then follow our returns process below.

We have a 28-day cancellation and return policy, which means you have up to 14 days after receiving your item to let us know you would like to cancel. You then have 14 days to return the unused goods in their original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we'll give you instructions via email on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning your item(s) to us, as we are not liable for any loss or damage whilst in transit. You have up to 14 days to return the item(s).


Measure twice, purchase once. We highly recommend measuring your pet and using our size guides before purchase to ensure you find the correct size. If you need any assistance, don't hesitate to contact our friendly team at, who will be more than happy to assist you!

It's helpful to include for us:

  • Your Dog's breed
  • Age (so we know if they're a puppy or fully grown)
  • Measurements at the points stated on the product size guide

Damages, faults and incorrect item issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as raw food), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal pet care goods (such as pet beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As per the returns policy, please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item, and if the order is outside of our free shipping terms, e.g. under £59, shipping fees may be added to the new order.


We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days if approved. You will be refunded the original price paid for the goods in question, including any original delivery charges you may have incurred. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
