Pleased with the ordering process, the speed of delivery which was next day, even though free delivery was part of the deal.
One issue though is that the image on the website does not match the goods which are larger. Ideally the smaller burgers as shown would have been preferable.

We apologise for any confusion with the product image on our website. Having spoken to Pointer, the imagary was indeed old so they supplied us with the new images and are now updated. They assure us the recepie is still the same, just the shape has slightly changed from an oval to more square shape and the proportions remains about the same. I was very lucky to come across the Very Important Pets website while comparing prices for food for our precious dog. Not only that, they had the cheapest deal online (Forthglade wet trays), and the customer service is outstanding! Order arrived within 48h, found that I didn't receive what I ordered ( I ordered 3 boxes of chicken trays, received 1 chicken and 2 lamb). I contacted them and within less than an hour customer service phoned twice to assure me that they will send out the correct order that very same day and an email followed with the tracking number. I was told to keep the lamb, which we will donate to our local dog rescue centre. The correct order arrived less that 24h later. Unheard of! I am so very impressed with the speed with which they dealt with this, but mostly with their integrity and generosity. Very Important Pets Shop will be the place I will be ordering food for our pooch from now on :-). Highly recommended.

I have followed up with my warehouse manager and it seems they are using an inadequate tape so I have asked them to source a more robust tape and in the meantime to add more taping to the boxes.
