First time with company good pricing easy to deal with but the delivery side needs sorting got my 15 kg bag after few days but took a call to find out wasn’t on its way so new one had to be sent not sure if dpd was the problem usually it’s evri which are useless for heavier items

However, we apologise again for the delay in delivery and the inconvenience it caused you. DPD are usually very good so that's why we use them but parcels occasionally get lost. Pleased with the ordering process, the speed of delivery which was next day, even though free delivery was part of the deal.
One issue though is that the image on the website does not match the goods which are larger. Ideally the smaller burgers as shown would have been preferable.

We apologise for any confusion with the product image on our website. Having spoken to Pointer, the imagary was indeed old so they supplied us with the new images and are now updated. They assure us the recepie is still the same, just the shape has slightly changed from an oval to more square shape and the proportions remains about the same.
